Mental health and wellbeing talks curated from a mix of personal experience, clinical and academic knowledge. Designed for those with a duty of care or simply wanting to expand their knowledge. Workshops are designed for service users and youth wanting to improve their personal wellbeing.

Music, Movement and Mindfulness
Service
Carolyn Baynes runs courses for beginning and experienced meditators. She runs a podcast called Centring Down with Compassion and has 25 years experience in teaching music and movement. She uses Music Movement and mindfulness to bring healing to body mind and soul for those struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma and life challenges including Long Covid, parenting, and bereavement.

Diabetes UK Guildford & South-West Surrey Group
Service
Our support group is part of a network of local groups spread around the UK, supported by the Diabetes UK Charity. The number of people currently diagnosed with diabetes in our area is nearly 10,000, and rising.
We're not able to give medical advice. But we are here to a) provide support to everyone with diabetes, their families and carers, b) to provide sources of information to help you learn more about diabetes, and c) share our experiences of living with the condition.
The group has regular zoom meetings and has recently started coffee mornings for those who prefer face to face meetings.
