Surrey Stroke Recovery  Service

Description of service:

Surrey Stroke Recovery Service offers practical support and advice for stroke survivors, carers and their family.

How does it work?

When you’re referred to our service our Stroke Association Support Coordinators will work with you to identify your needs, and support you to rebuild your life after stroke.

We offer:

• A personalised review of all your needs.

• Someone to talk to who understands.

• Tips and advice to support your recovery.

• Information about stroke and local services.

• Advice on reducing your risk of a further stroke.

• The chance to share experiences with others in a similar situation.

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down.

And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support from

you, we can rebuild even more lives.

You as a homeowner, are empowered to achieve the best value for your home when selling and are supported throughout the transformation.

I have been successful working with homeowners since 1985, by sharing property options with effective results.

The property options vary, depending on the property and you, the homeowner.

The effective result for you, is to achieve the best value and for you to move into your next home with peace of mind.
